Natural Resource Technology is a very different environmental consulting firm with an internal organizational structure that is focused on meeting the needs of our clients. Our firm’s organization, as shown below, is not the typical pyramidal chain of command. Rather, Natural Resource Technology believes the organization must fully support the project manager relationship with our client.

We enhance this objective by eliminating a departmental style organization with profit centers and middle management layers that may have competing goals. Natural Resource Technology avoids organizational constraints that will interfere with providing clients with our best project team. Our staff have no “sales goals” that would potentially create conflicts with our clients’ best interests.

We believe a service firm should be viewed as a compilation of internal processes and procedures that are continually assessed for ways to improve technical performance and client service. We judge our organizational success by our ability to meet or exceed client expectations in every assignment. Staff are recognized and rewarded on an individual basis for their ideas and contribution to this goal.
