- Operate the corporation consistent with high ethical business practices and in compliance with applicable laws and regulations
- Provide staff with the tools and training needed to execute assignments consistent with corporate and industry quality standards to meet or exceed the expectations of our clients
- Consider environmental and social impacts in all aspects of our operations, financial planning and decision making
- Join and promote initiatives that foster economic, environmental, social and educational development
- Promote transparency in our communications within the company, externally to our community and to interested and impacted parties in our communities. We will publish our objectives and targets and our measurable progress toward those goals
- Favor and motivate suppliers and subcontractors who have sustainability policies and systems similar to our own

Environmental Stewardship Policy
- Make certain our operations comply with applicable environmental standards and legislation
- Offer our clients environmentally-efficient products and services that optimize use of natural resources, minimize waste and environmental impact and maximize recycling opportunities
- Offer our clients sustainable development alternatives wherever possible to enhance the positive environmental performance of a project during its life cycle and to continue to provide benefits over time
- Minimize the environmental impact of our own operations and seek opportunities to optimize the company’s use of energy and natural resources

- Make positive contributions of our financial and human resources to the communities where we operate
- Work toward achieving best practices in occupational health and safety as well as providing for the health and safety of our clients, staff, contractors and others involved in or affected by our activities
